For my visual essay, I intend to provide a greater analysis into the contrast between active and passive voices within BLM protest media coverage. As a result, my discussions will stray from providing a solution, but more so, I intent to analyse the harm this dichotomy can cause the marginalised racial groups during times of societal unrest and the fight for civil justice.
